Nowcomm to help Middlesbrough Council save £350,000 in new 5-year contract
Leading Cisco Gold Partner Nowcomm have been awarded a 5-year IT Support contract by Middlesbrough Council. The deal involves Nowcomm providing critical software, hardware and service desk support plus a re-provisioning Middlesbrough’s telephony service. The approximate savings for Middlesbrough Council will amount to a giant £350,000 over the course of the 5-year contract.
Nowcomm have significant experience working with public sector bodies, having worked on several high-level projects with organisations such as Derby City Council, The Coal Authority and the NHS. Nowcomm’s track record of providing high-end Support Services played a key role in securing the contract, as public service organisations have a growing need for premium support combined with demonstrable financial benefits to meet key budget challenges
