With the addition of Cisco Unity or integration to Microsoft Exchange 2010, employees can access voicemails, emails, text messages, and faxes - through a single message inbox which is accessible using a variety of client devices.
We can add phone presence capability to the desktop, either through Cisco's Presence solution, or if you've already invested in Microsoft, integration to the Office Communicator client and OCS.
