Helpdesk support & training
Our support and training services are designed to enable Helpdesks to improve the management and delivery of user support, ultimately achieving improved network and business performance. As well as Helpdesk training we can provide first, second or third-line support, working solely with in-house IT departments, with end users or at any level in between.
Whether for Helpdesks or users, our support is delivered by qualified engineers who handle, own and manage service requests to resolution. As approachable as they are knowledgeable, our desk engineers are supported by field engineers who visit client sites when required.
In keeping with our flexible approach, support agreements are tailored to individual requirements whether on a fixed fee basis or which vary according to usage.
