Fault Diagnostics & Resolution
In response to specific problems, we can assist with fault diagnosis and resolution. This service is often employed when networks are managed in-house but ad-hoc support is required as and when. We are equipped to deliver these services remotely through our desk-based engineers or on-site through our field engineers.
The scale and scope of such services vary according to client needs. For example, we can ship hardware only to site for installation by an on-site expert or we can take responsibility for installation through one of our field engineers. We are flexible in our approach and build support agreements according to specific requirements.
