Cisco Managed Services Advanced Certification

Cisco MSCP Advanced

Nowcomm recognised for managed service delivery excellence, becoming the first and only UK infrastructure specialist organisation to be certifitied as Cisco Managed Services Advanced Partner.

Cisco Managed Services Advanced Partners use ITIL processes, practices, and tools to support Cisco’s advanced technologies, from preparation, planning, design, and implementation to operation.  As part of the certification process, Cisco requires all qualifying partners to be validated through an independent, third-party audit.

On being awarded Nowcomm’s latest certification Managing Director Richard McLoughlin commented “This is an outstanding achievement across the Nowcomm team and further demonstrates the quality and value Nowcomm deliver to our existing customers.  Already Nowcomm deliver infrastructure management and support to our customers in over 20 countries worldwide. During the past several years we have developed strong delivery and support capabilities particularly in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.”

Kevin Prone, Head of Service Delivery at Nowcomm added “We are proud to become the only current UK based Cisco Managed Services Advanced Partner. This highlights Nowcomm’s rapid growth, quality driven operational delivery model combined with our industry leading technical expertise.  Nowcomm will continue to develop our portfolio of service offerings that improve the management, maintenance and optimisation our customer’s communication infrastructure environments.”

Richard McLoughlin concluded “With Nowcomm’s service centric support and advisory approach our customers gain clear and understandable performance behaviour of their IT infrastructure. This visibility is enabled through our leading monitoring capabilities, and leads to improved performance through Nowcomm’s expert analysis and advisory combined with controlled configuration changes. A benchmark of Nowcomm’s success is our ability to enhance existing infrastructure service operations, driving a greater return from existing technology investments and thus delaying or even removing and organisations need for many expensive IT infrastructure capital expenditure projects.
