Richard McLoughlin – Managing Director

Prior to Nowcomm, Richard spent seven years with Cisco Systems, being a early member of the Cisco UK ICSG (Internet Communications Solutions Group) and Business Communications Group (BCG) which focused on Cisco’s development and delivery of large IP Contact and Call Centre solutions. This was preceded by several years with a privately owned US CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) company where Richard specialised in delivering business change, process and optimisation to UK retail finance and utility organisations through innovative IT solutions. Richard has also worked directly for UK banks including Barclays and Nat-West. As Managing Director, Richard is responsible for strategy and general management at Nowcomm.
Mark Lamont – Sales Director

Initially a digital design engineer, Mark has over twenty five years experience in the communications industry. Following a move into sales, Mark managed sales operations for an early network integration and solutions company before moving to Cisco in 1999. During his six years with Cisco, Mark received countless accolades and was the first Cisco account manager to sell a Cisco IP Telephony solution in the UK. Mark is a founder member of Nowcomm and as our Sales Director, drives a flexible and pragmatic approach to the development and delivery of our solutions.
James Baly - Technical Director

James has worked for over twenty years within networking and systems integration and is another founder member of Nowcomm. In a distinguished technical career at Cisco, James spent five years working within the Commercial sector team at Cisco UK, specialising in Unified Communications and IP Contact Centre applications. In addition, James was awarded Systems Engineer of the year in 2006 for the UK & Ireland, and Systems Engineer of the year for Cisco’s Europe Middle East and Asia (EMEA) operations. James is responsible for the technical development of our product and services portfolio and provides technical leadership on client projects.
Simon Cottrell – Operations Director

Having spent nine years working at Cisco Systems UK in both the Service Provider and Enterprise divisions, Simon was Cisco’s Principle Consultant responsible for the successful design and delivery of many ground-breaking infrastructure projects, including the new Ascot Racecourse. Simon was awarded Cisco’s UK & Ireland Systems Engineer of the Year in 2005 and is a founding member of Nowcomm. As Operations Director, Simon manages the development and delivery of the technical capabilities required for the successful installation, maintenance and support of our products and solutions.
